I'm Back To Blogging!

I've survived a retail Christmas and felt like I have had a bullseye on my body, I've survived 2 colds and even got to experience Black Friday (those people who get up early are looney.)

With the playoffs in the windshield and the Bucs and the Regular Season in the rearview...fantasy football is (sniffle, whine) over. I still did win a league championship in one league and it wasn't either team with Brady as the QB.

I'll break down the timeline of the winning redraft team. I've learned some more things this year about fantasy football:

1) Mock drafts, mock drafts, mock drafts.

2) You can't win with autopick teams, live drafting offers you the most chance to win.

3) Pick up enough waiver wire players and you'll find a Derek Anderson or a Earnest Graham.

4) Not even Tom Brady can beat Ol' Man Winter or a Noreaster.

5) Risk has reward: Westbrook and Portis.

6) Your superbowl roster won't resemble your regular weekly roster one iota.

7) Your live draft picks initially will determine the fate of your team, like it or not. While waviers and trades help, the picks are your foundation.

8) NEVER forget that RB's are everything in fantasy football.

9) After RB's being everything, so is depth.
